6 out of 10 of the botanicals/herbs we use to create our Classic Red.
Traditionally, those ingredients would be infused/macerated inside the vessels.
We took things a little further.
Vacuum distilling our botanicals results in an unseen depth of flavour and freshness.
As from this week, the Classic Red is available for restaurants and bars.
We look forward to working together with you and can’t wait to see you get creative with our new apéritif.
